Dr. Hisham is a Soft Skills and Wellness Specialist with a doctorate in Organizational Psychology. He focuses on leadership development, communication, and conflict resolution for high-performance teams. His unique approach combines psychological principles with practical workplace strategies to improve employee resilience, mental wellness, and overall organizational productivity.
